SF Lettings will endeavour to secure you a rental property that matches your criteria and is within your budget. We will arrange viewings and our staff will be happy to advise on all aspects of the rental process. We can provide you with information on the local area including schools, shops and other facilities.

If you choose to take the tenancy on one of our properties we will ask you will need to complete an application form and pay an application fee. This fee covers the cost of referencing and it also acts as a holding fee to reserve the property for you.

We can also help you with ancillary services such as specialized tenant's insurances
